What are the benefits to a business?

When considering employee engagement within a business it is always necessary to remember the overall objectives of the business. You want an engaged workforce who are positive, dedicated, loyal to name a few, but how do you get there and how do you measure this is this biggest question of all.

We know that increasing levels of employee engagement has a direct impact on customer satisfaction and the productivity of a workforce, but what does this look like as an employee at EAS? For us it’s all about knowing members of the EAS team, regular check-in’s and appraisals with line managers to feedback and understanding everyone’s individual career goals and journey they wish to go in within the business. Celebrating the small wins and rewarding and recognising these within the business, birthday chocolates and a card along with birthday’s off for everyone. Employee engagement is an ever evolving concept and focus for us at EAS.
