When considering employee engagement within a business it is always necessary to remember the overall objectives of the business. You want an engaged workforce who are positive, dedicated, loyal to name a few, but how do you get there and how do you measure this is this biggest question of all.

For us it’s all about knowing members of the EAS team, regular check-in’s and appraisals with line managers to feedback and understanding everyone’s individual career goals and journey they wish to go in within the business.
